Simple, light lemony dressing - used it on arugula salad with Parmesan. Going to mop up the dressing with a hunk of warm sourdough bread. Having this right now atop a bed of arugula, a fresh tomato from the garden and a some nice goat cheese. ![]() I think it might be good with a minced shallot as well. Didn't feel the need to add the sugar, but thought it called for an allium of some sort, so added a clove of garlic. Lemon is one of my favorite flavors, so use the zest of a full lemon and swap the ratio of lemon juice to olive oil. It's my go-to vinaigrette, particularly if you want the flavors of your salad to stand out. ![]() This recipe is so simple (as the title implies) and simply delicious.
